John Mulholland has been a crime scene investigator and latent fingerprint examiner for over 30 years. He holds a degree in analytical chemistry and certificates from the FBI, BCII, the Miami Valley Regional Crime Lab, and the ATF. John has testified as an expert witness in these disciplines in three states and supports multiple local and federal agencies. He founded Muni-tools to build the tools he wished he'd had, bringing that same field-first approach to coroner's investigators, firefighters, and other municipal professionals.

He has instructed for the State of Ohio OPOTA Police Academy, local universities, and law classes, and was a featured guest speaker at the Tennessee Mountain Criminal Justice Conference.
